Suzanne & Martin's Wedding on Saturday, May 3rd

Its unusual to shoot at the same venue two weekends in a row but Suzanne and Martin's wedding brought us back to CCV at James River Course after their ceremony at Second Baptist Church right around the corner. Its a beautiful place for a reception so hey, we can't complain!

Nor could we complain about the weather, which was perfect and sunny and mild for cocktails on the lawn. Suzanne and Martin's swinging first dance triggered quite the party, I love it when the newlyweds get out there and dance the night away with their guests. There were a few Jimmy Buffet tunes thrown into the mix for Martin, a dedicated parrot head, to accompany his surprise groom's cake. Rumor has it that a round of "Cheeseburger in Paradise" may have been sang by the groomsmen prior to the ceremony.
