Mollie and Colin's Wedding on Saturday, May 17th

Mollie and Colin's wedding ceremony took place on a gorgeous day at the equally gorgeous All Saints Episcopal Church on River Road with a reception to follow at the Tuckahoe Women's Club. All the rain we have received this spring transformed the grounds of both the church and club into a lush green which really offset Mollie's color scheme of fresh lime and tangerine.
The flowers were notably stunning, Al of FloraCulture made each arrangement into an art piece. Long stems such as cala lillies and tulips were wound around the bouquet and centerpieces to transform spring flowers into sculptural pieces.

Here's a swatch so you can see how the details came together:

A beautiful day stretched into a mild evening where guests could bring their meals outside to enjoy the atmosphere of the candlelit courtyard while listening to the music of the band filtering through the ballroom. Enjoy this slideshow with some of our favs from the day, Mollie looked just beautiful and Colin has the best expressions! Congrats Mollie and Colin, we had a great time getting to know you both over the past year.

Oh ya everyone, be sure to check out some of Mollie's bridals which we took right up the street from the Women's Club at Virginia House last month, was that dress just destined for Mollie or what? I won't tell you which shot she had on display at the wedding but we'll give you a hint: we think the way she's subtly carrying her dress makes it a casually unique Southern style bridal portrait...
